Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if your product is wrong, defective, or damaged, we will provide a replacement product or a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
We may choose not to accept product returns. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability. Every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a clear picture, and we’ll give you a replacement or your money back in full. Then if possible you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.
REPLACEMENTS &REFUNDS PROCESS

After receiving information about the wrong product or photos of the defective or damaged product, we will process areplacement. If, for whatever, reason, a replacement is not satisfactory to you, please advise us of your reasons and we may offer a full refund. Please allow at least 40 days to process replacements and refunds. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your replacement or refund has been processed.
